Joggers World is a member of Independent Sports and is an AUTHORISED RETAILER to all the Big Brands (Asics, Brooks, Mizuno, New Balance, Nike, adidas, Saucony, Garmin, Suunto, Skins, 2XU, Fuelbelt, Endura + more). We work with the brands to offer full services and warranties as required by Australian Consumer Protection law.

Shipping Policy
ORDER DISPATCH
Orders received by 3pm Australian Central Standard Time on a business day will be packed and shipped the same day. Orders received after this time will be packed and shipped on the following business day.
DELIVERY TIMES
Deliveries to major Australian cities should generally arrive the following business day after being shipped. Regional areas can expect deliveries to arrive 2-3 business days after the order was shipped, but may take up to 7 days for more remote locations.
TRANSPORT COMPANIES
Adelaide CBD
Orders will be delivered by R.E.D. Express Deliveries between 9am and 5pm the following business day. Ensure someone is at the nominated shipping address during these hours to sign for the parcel.
Rest of Adelaide, SA and Australia
Orders will be delivered by Australian Air Express between 9am and 5pm on business days. Ensure someone is at the nominated shipping address during these hours to sign for the parcel. If there is no one at the address, the driver will leave you an Attempted Delivery Advice (ADA) card noting the location of the Post Office that the parcel can be collected from. The parcel will be available for pick-up the following business day.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us for a Return Authorisation.
Make sure the items are in their unworn and in original condition within 14 days of receipt.
All returns or exchanges must be pre-arranged first by contacting us via email: orders@joggersworld.com.au
If we have sent you product which is different from what you have ordered and you seek a refund; we will provide you with a return authorisation number to return the goods to us.
If you change your mind and seek a refund, once we receive the product back, your account will be refunded the full purchase price minus any postage charges incurred (approximately $9 - $10).
Exchanges Policy

If we have sent you the wrong size or shoe, please let us know and we will happily exchange the order.
If you change your mind, or decide that a size/colour needs to be changed, we will happily exchange the product over for you. But the shipping costs for the return will not be covered, just the re-send.
